In terms of fat consumption, a piece of cod has a relatively smaller surface area (to be accurate a smaller surface area to volume ratio) so absorbs less fat than the same weight of breaded scampi. Enjoy your treat!

It's good to see you're eating regularly! Couple of things that may help: try replacing your saturated fat spreads ie butter with an olive oil based spread. Also I find that if I get my 5 a day portions of fruit and veg I'm less likely to snack on confectionary, which also lowers sat fat and sugar. As a chocoholic I have…
