  • fat also helps to satiate you and stop you from feeling hungry. i try to have some kind of snack with "good" fat later in the day.
  • i find that if i have a snack later in the day with some kind of "good fat" (avocado,almond butter, olives) i get more satiated. don't worry about the concept of "fat" if your calorie intake is in order your fine.
