I want back in! I sat out November because I kept forgetting to log and wasn't moving my *kitten* very much anyway and hadn't hit my goals the last few months. But I have been on the treadmill quite a bit lately and I need to start keeping track of it again. I am going to shoot for 40 miles in December.

Up 1 pound from last week. I have been consistant with exercising but haven't been able to get my eating under control. 10/05 - 171.2 ......starting weight 10/12 - 168.8 ......down 2.4 this week. I started MFP at 203 a year ago and lost 34 lbs in about 4 months.... the last 8 months I had gained some back (about 10 lbs or so) and re-lost it and so one year into it I am still at a 34 lb loss. I am going to need to be getting in more miles if I want to hit my goal this month. I am not willing to do the treadmill more days only becuase I am trying to alternate with work out videos so that means I either need to run faster or stay on longer each time... probably ought to do both.

Ok, I am in for August. I haven't been hitting my goals lately but I don't want to lower it even more so I am going to try for 60 miles again this month. I was definitely doing better when the weather was nice and I could stand to walk outside.
