Should I change my calorie goals?
Every so often I start wondering what I should have my calorie goal set at and I check all these different sites and calculators. I come up with a BMR around 1440 and a TDEE of 2232.... BMF says I burned way less than Polar HRM!!
This morning I did a workout dvd for just over an hour and my HRM said I burned 668 cals but my BMF only says I burned 387!!! That almost 300 cals less!! Did they change these dvd's
I ordered my Slim in 6 back in like 2006 and on mine start it up is 24 mins, ramp it up is 47 mins and I think burn it up is 54. When I look at it online it says they are 36 mins, 57 mins and 64 mins...... Are mine out dated? Have they changed the workout?? What do you guys have?

I have been doing the C25K everyday since I started and I am a couple days in to week 3 and I heard you are only supposed to do the C25K 3 times per week....
