I want to do this!! I ruin ALL my progress by binge eating while drinking not to mention all the calories in the alcohol and then not feeling like working out the next day. I'll save a lot of money by not buying liquor too!! Win-win! It's going to be tough but I am going to give it a shot!

I have a couple that immediately come to mind. Travelin Soldier by Dixie Chicks and Just a Dream by Carrie Underwood. I have never known anyone who went to war but these songs get me every time. So sad.

I did day 4 today. It is a tough workout. I have done a bunch of Jillian Michaels stuff before and I thought I was in pretty decent shape but this is waaay harder!! I am modifying some moves and my pace is not as quick as theirs but I am trying my best!Good luck! Friend request sent :smile:

I haven't logged food on all those days and there have been tons of times that I have fallen off track but I still remember to log on everyday and know in my mind that I have not given up! Wow I am slacking on gettng on here to update my miles. I couldn't even remember what I set my goal at. I am further behind than I thought. I am going to need to get some elliptical and bike miles in to meet my goal.

Got some extra miles in this weekend on the bike and treadmill so I have passed my goal already but I am still going to try to get as close to 45 miles with walking and running alone since that was what I had planned when I set my goal.

First time checking in for Feb but I have been getting some miles in. Up to 14.2 right now. It could be pretty tough to get to my goal of 45 at this pace because of the short month but I am sure gonna try!!

My goal for January was 40 miles and I got 45.6 so I'd like to set my February goal for 45 miles. It's a shorter month so I gotta step up my game if I am going to hit my goal again.

YES!!! I did it! for the first time in who knows how long, I finally hit my goal!! And with 2 days left to spare. Whatever I end up with for the month will be what I set my February goal at.

Been slacking the last few days but I am pretty sure I'll be able to reach my goal with no problem. No more skipping days!

If it's not too late to set a goal for January I would like to be put down for 40 miles. I have done 21.1 so far. I am back on C25K and trying to get some walking in on the days that I am not running. I am finally back in the right mind set to reach my goals and I always loved the motivation this challenge gives me.

Wow, I cant believe how may threads have gone by since the last time I logged any miles :embarassed: Even though there is no way for me to hit my goal this month I am going to try to finish strong and get back on track for next month. I need to work on being more consistent with this.

My goal is pretty extreme also. I hope to lose 34 lbs by the end of the year. I'd be happy with any loss though. I am looking forward to seeing how close I can get to my goal weight by then.

Surpassed my goal of 40 miles last month by 9.35 miles so this month I am setting my goal for 50 miles.

Another update. I'll post this weekends miles on Tuesday when I get back to work but I have already passed my goal so anything I do this weekend is just a bonus!
