Got in 4.6 miles this morning. If I can keep up this pace for the whole month I could make it to 100 miles!

I am off to a pretty good start this month. I love how this challenge gets me on the treadmill after my work out dvd just to get in at least one mile on my non run/walk days.

I eat at least 6 times a day. My typical schedule is: 7:30 Breakfast 200-300 cals 10:00 snack 100 cals 12:00 snack 100 cals 2:00 lunch 300-400 cals 4:30 snack 150 cals 7:00 dinner (cals depend on what I have left for the day)

I really like this! It made me realize that I have so much to learn and just because I have kind of stalled out lately doesn't mean I am big ol' screwup it just means I need to learn more and maybe change things up a bit.

I am in for 80 miles of running and walking in May. I have no vacations this month and I am not planning on getting sick so there shouldn't be any reason why I don't hit my goal this month!!! :tongue:

Thanks so much!! I have been looking at these and almost bought one yesterday for $135 from Drugstore.com but with that coupon it was $107.15 in my cart and I had $5 in Amazon rewards so I just bought one for $102.15!! Still bummed that Groupon had a deal on these last month before I even got interested in them. Oh well!…

I was just thinking "Man, it has been a long time since I weighed in for the Nutso For Nutrition group!". I guess I'm not the only one... Sad to see that I am actually up from what I was at the end of December. That just means I gotta work even harder to get back to where I was and get the scale down from there.

I have terrible posture too and I would love to correct it!! I know when I sit up straight I look taller and thinner but I feel like it looks like I am just trying to stick my boobs out when I sit up tall. Anyway, thanks to this post I am going to try my best to sit up straight for at least the rest of the day. :wink:

I do have this problem too. I can be so strict but once I give in to whatever it is it's all over after that. My weight this morning was 169.6 which is still up a little for me. My low on here is 167 so I am desperately trying to get back to that! That is my goal for next Tuesday, to be back down to 167. I honestly don't think I will do it but I am going to try!!
