mine is syncing w/ my android phone now. i did two things specifically that i don't normally do... I updated the app, and did a reboot on my phone.

I just noticed that there is a sync issue online as well, not w/ the HR, i didn't check that, but... it says one of my friends has not checked in to MFP in over 2 months. Hard to believe when she has posted a status update just 3 hours ago....

My HR is not syncing w/ my android today either. could be a temp issue. will reboot my phone later (when i don't need it for awhile) and if that doesn't work, maybe reset tracker. If that doesn't work, i'll look to fitbit.com, see if it is a known issue :) Please post if your's starts to work :)

I like the idea of going "out" of your diet and into maintenance mode. give your body some time off.... i bet if you do two or three weeks of maintenance you will start to see a difference when you go back and make a deficit on the calories. i know, with your heart issues, you are already watching the sodium, so water…

I was. actually i was 175.5 when i started. i'm at 143 now. my final goal will depend on how I feel and look, not a number. i'm comfy where i am now, but not happy w/ my muscles. Need to tone up quite a bit. i'm sure once i get to doing that I may gain, and that's ok. It's a journey, and am enjoying the ride. :)

I just ordered it from Amazon... I've heard so many great results of Jillian's 30 day shred DVD that i'm thinking it's just what i need. i'm down to only a few pounds to lose, but really need to tone. :)

My work was that way, all the skinny chicks would bring in cookies, donuts, etc, have a bite and leave the rest for everyone else to eat....
