I stay under 100g carbs and seem to be dropping 1-2 pounds a week on average and my blood sugar readings are below 100. I haven't tried Keto yet. Thanks! I wish the doctor would let me drop the Glyburide all the way now, but he wants to wait till we do blood work. In 4 more weeks we will do the draw and see what happened to my A1c. I feel real positive that good changes will be evident!

I used to do the KFC coleslaw too, but it has 19 carbs per serving. I switched to their green beans.

At Hardee's just say you want your burger low carb style and they will lettuce wrap it. And add mayo and bacon and that will fill ya up! Hardee's also does a low carb breakfast bowl.

Jimmy Johns Unwich Sandwiches are a Low Carb option. Most fast food (Hardee's, McD's for sure) will lettuce wrap burgers these days.
