I'm in too. This is great timing as I pushed reset yesterday. Week 1 goals 1. Test Blood Sugar every AM 2. Don't eat bread, rice, beans, sweets 3. Ride my bike at least 2X - will be 2X more times than last week!

I can see the attraction to it. Looks pretty interesting to me. Maybe not as my main ride but would make a great addition to the stable.

Well I just got back from a 10 day vacation and yesterday was my birthday so all that combined leaves me with a 257 this AM. I am back on my WOE and hoping to pull that number down fast!

181 today - first time under 200 in a long time. Gotta stay the course of lower carb. Exercise doesn't hurt either! I see some good numbers for everyone else!
