I set my current goal at 225 (which is right in the middle of the overweight category for my height). I guess we'll see WHEN we get there (I almost typed IF - trying to correct that attitude).

I too am a coffee addict! I must try this one out! Heading to Starbucks over lunch! Oh and my NSV - yesterday I wore a Peyton Manning Jersey to work. It was a 4X and was HUGE on me. Today I'm wearing another football jersey to work and it is a 2X and while not huge on me, it still fits with a little room for breathing!
