You know how proud I am of you! Just saw the total - 62 inches lost since starting! HOLY CRAP that is awesome! :bigsmile: I only lost 2 1/2 inches doing the Shred with Bru, but I' ve noticed I'm a lot more defined & the muscles are starting to show thru! I feel so much stronger!

I have been doing the Shred for 24 days straight. No breaks at all. I am also training for a 7 mile run at the end of the month.
