Ok I got on the scale again this morning & now I'm down 1.2 lbs! So I'm finally recording a loss for the month! 190.8 lbs.....getting closer to those 180s :bigsmile:

Ok - gonna give it a better shot this month! :bigsmile: As for the Zumba calories burn....I burn anywhere from 250-800 calories depending on the teacher, the routines, and how hard I push it. Definitely get a HRM so you can get a more accurate burn.
