Most definitely. Ever since my 3rd child was born I haven't craved sweets, particularly chocolate, unless it is TOM and I could down a pound of Oreos. TOM came this time and I was surprised, because it came without the craving! L

Sometimes it can take time for the results to show. Try adding in a walk during the day to help move the process along.

Thin slice some onions or shallots, cut up a few potatoes, toss with some olive oil, salt, pepper, other spices and bake for about 15 minutes. I also love to put the pan on the grill and cook them there, as well. Blanch, chill, and use in a salad. L

I start week 1 this week and plan to do a 5K either 9/18 or 9/25. The one 9/18 would be the end of my 9th week. Seems like a good graduation test, huh? Good luck!

Every now and then it won't count my steps right or I get frustrated because it tells me I am stepping too slowly even though I am keeping to the beat. I love the Free Run, though.

okay I went to mapmyrun and that put 1 lap at .99 miles, which would be 1.98 for 2 laps. Given variations in my plotting skills and cutting a corner here or there, Monday's distance would be more correct. I look for the stride thing. My intention was just to use it as a guide, just wasn't expecting such a difference.

I usually convince myself to workout for 20 minutes. By the end of that 20 minutes, I'm usually into my workout and finish out the hour. You have to play mind games with yourself LOL L

could be a bunch of things, but I would think getting back on track with exercise and eating is the reason. Just goes to show you, you can have a good time, slip up a bit, and get right back on track! L
