Oh! You are so close to your goal! You can do this!!

Mine is named Doubtfire. She was preceded by Fluffy and Rosie. I'll say she is the best of the three, and she mops (sort of), but we do have our issues. :D

But if I do that, do I still end up where I am today?

Barbara: All hail the working Roomba! I get frustrated when mine doesn’t connect with the app right. First world problems, eh? Good morning from Jacksonville, Florida! 58F and sunny here. Michele NC: My grandson, Jack, is graduating pre-K next month. Not sure myself. He’d actually probably be thrilled with a bouquet of…

Good morning! Michele NC: I’m hoping for the best outcome for Eva this weekend. Terri: The Lindt Sea Salt (NO caramel) are my favorite Lindt truffles! I’m very partial to Lindt. Growing up, I had an “uncle” who visit from Switzerland once every year or two. He would bring a 5-pound box of Lindt mini bars. My grandma would…

Doesn't it make the difference between I like to eat, dogs, and family and I like to eat dogs and family?

I had the chance to see it on our last NCL cruise. It's a fun show, very short, too! Only 80 minutes with no intermission. I'm looking forward to seeing it my DD and DIL!

Very excited to see SIX tonight! Stevany and I are meeting with my best friend for dinner at a Cuban restaurant before the show. I wish Jordyn (DIL) could join us, but with her work schedule, she just be able to make the show. I did a 45-minute Yoga for Weight Loss workout last night, so we'll call today a recovery day. I…

Good morning, Friends! Michele, NC: Are there any rescues who would take Eva? Maybe if she got with the right foster from a rescue they could work on some of her issues. M in Oz: Oh the hair thing! Don’t get me wrong, I love having my hair washed at a salon or when my BF runs his hands through it. But since I’ve grown out…

Sue in WA: I so understand about at ‘Toxic Tenant’. Went through that a couple of years ago; the tenant was my daughter. Got so bad, my son and I bought a house together and WE moved out. I will say, she has grown a lot in the past couple of years and our relationship has healed, but going through that is nothing I would…

Thanks for the new page, Barbie! We had a memorable Easter yesterday! Kinda like a comedy of errors we could just laugh at. I forgot to turn off the robovac, "Doubtfire" , Saturday night, so it ran over all the bunny foot prints my daughter, Stevany, made for her son, Jack. Fortunately, enough was left behind that he knew…

Rosemarie from GA: Have you tried FlyLady? It’s a great program to help with decluttering and cleaning. It breaks rooms and chores into manageable bits. I find it helpful in keeping up with my house. http://flylady.net/ Pip: Sorry for your loss. It’s good you got to be there in time. Terri: I love that you say miele…

Hmm, Respect your Cat Day? Feel like that's an everyday thing. LOL Still trying to get to sort everyone out, but I do enjoy reading everyone's posts. Two days, two days of workouts, two days of staying under calorie count, so that two steps in the right direction. Thinking I'll take one of the dogs out for a walk this…

Hello, Everyone! About 14 years ago, I lost 40 pounds using MFP. Over the years, it's crept back, and now I'm heavier than I was when I started MFP by about 3 pounds. Life is so much different now. I'm post-menopausal, have a very sedentary job, more aches, and tight food budget. I did a lot of biking 14 years ago, but…

Good morning, Lost 40 pounds about 9 years ago and 30 of those have found me again. Now that I'm over 50 (51 to be exact), I'm finding it much more challenging to take the pounds off, but I'm determined to not go back all the way to where I was. Linda

Joined today. Need a catalyst to take off some pounds that seem to have found me again. A little concerned about the intensity and making it work with minimal equipment at home, but going to give it the college try.

Not unless there was penicillin in the water!

Not normally and if anything, working out calms me down.

Funny you all said the same thing. I just had lab work done that said I am not menopausal. That said, I have had hot flashes. This was different. I have also had several work outs where I seem to sweat for a while. It was the burning fcae which got me. I honestly wondered what was in the water at Planet Fitness.

For a while I got caught up in the numbers, starting with some 16s in my closet, working down to 14s, 12s, 10s, and then 8s. As I changed sizes, I got rid of the bigger stuff, so I didn't have anything to fall back into. However, I have learned the fit is more important to looking fit and healthy than the number. A well…
