Well the jello is only 10 calories then with the FF cool whip it makes it 35 calories so its not too bad but yeah 5 of them definitely defeats the purpose. I'll try the gum!

I am going to try upping my protein. I should start plugging in my food again on here. I think that might be a big problem. I had a bowl of fiber cereal for breakfast and already feel so different so maybe more fiber and protein will help!

I think that 150 isn't an unreasonable final goal at all. I would take it 20lbs at a time though and then 10lbs at a time after you start getting down there a little closer to your goal. For me that really helped keeping me on track on sticking with my goals.

Everyone else had great suggestions. I'd start eating healthier foods and really start eating at least 50-75% of those excersize calories. I bet if you start doing that the pounds will start coming off.

How did you get the 1200 number. Is that what it gave you after you entered your height, weight, activity level, ect? Remember that with MFP the more you excersize the more calories you get to eat. Its important to try to at LEAST 50% of your work out calories. I think Slim Fast kind of figures that into their equation.…

Sassie, I quit smoking a few years ago, and the first 2-3 days were the hardest after that it was no big deal at all. In fact you WILL become one of those people who hates the smell/taste of cigs and wonder how the heck you ever smoked in the first place.

I usually put a picture of myself on the fridge at my heaviest or I rinse out my mouth with mouthwash even if I'm not home I have a travel bottle in my purse, and that most always curbs the craving in between those 2 things.

45 is the goal that MFP set for me. I have been eating 20-25 sorry if that looked confusing on there! I went over 66 grams for carbs had 23 fat remaining and went over protein by -23

I haven't reached my goal yet but I would highly recommend keep logging in your calories here and excersising. It comes back 2x as fast as it took to lose it. This is a lifestyle change!

Okay great! I will eat them! I looked at the package and it says may contain traces of egg so I'm betting that swhy it said refridgerate just for liability issues maybe. I ate them before and never had a problem but I'm pretty funny when it comes to some of that stuff.

I just bought them at walmart. They are David's Deli bagels. They are in the refrederated section. I bout them probably a good 12 hours ago and went to eat one and.. ugh! I am certian I have ate them before without putting them in but I dont wanna chance it either. :(

Yes I have mini goals. My starting weight Jan 1st was 242 & I now weigh 227 so I lost 15lbs in 5 short weeks! My next mini goal is to be under 220lbs. I'd like to see that happen by the end of Feb.. but we'll see what happens! Overall my huge goal is to be under or at 150 by christmas! Thats my ultimate goal weight!
