  • Well the best thing you can do to determine how many calories you need is to logg in your food and excersize and it will tell you how many more to eat. 1200 is not a lot especially if your excersizing. If your not eating your excersize calories or at LEAST half of them I can guarentee the scale wont be your friend. I agree…
  • Well wait, who said that they only eat 1200 calories on the biggest loser? I've never heard them say that in the show, in fact I think bob was telling them that they needed to eat MORE becuase if he didn't it would put him into starvation mode. Maybe I got it all wrong IDK. :huh:
  • I in the past would lose maybe 5 or 10 lbs and then gain it all back and then some. My weight on my ticker is the weight I've lost since I joined MFP since Jan 1st.

  • I always save my extra calories for dessert like edey bryers fat free ice cream, or even a low fat smoothie. Yummy!

  • I'd aim for a minumum of 1400 calories at LEAST w/ you working out that much if not 1600 calories. You'll notice a huge shift in the scale if you do!

  • I have not been doing good with water in take at all, all that i was able to get in theese last three days is 32 ounces of water. The rest was diet soda ugh!

  • You really need to eat all the excersize calories and drink all your water for the day or the weightloss will slow down. What generally happens from what I've seen and myself is the weight will come off fast the first two weeks then slow way down until you start getting in that water and eating those calories.   • I motivate myself by having something that I wouldn't normally have if I didn't work out. Either a diet soda or bowl of ice cream. I know I shouldn't use food but the only way I get the treats is if I work for it.

  • I'll do this too! Today I did 25 minnutes of Jillians 30 day shred! Not near as much as I'd want to do but w/ a screaming baby hard to get anything done. I did rock and dance holding my daughter for 20 minnutes though thats gonna burn some calories she's 20lbs! :o

  • I was wondering which one is better for you or if they're both rated the same. My Mother in law and I always argue about this so i wanted to get your opinions. she says that crystal light is better for you and isn't as bad as diet pop and I say its the same. Also do both count for your water intake or neither?
  • For the lower sodium dressings how much should I try to keep it under for 2 TBS. I'm pretty good about only using only 2 TBS but I can also cut it down to one, the dressing I'm using now has 250 sodium in it. Thanks so much!
