I run outside, treadmills bore me. I run everywhere, park, on our subdivision, etc.

I jog 30mins a day for warm up and then I use the Nike Training Camp app for my workout which typically runs for 30-45mins depending on my free time. That's 5-6 days a week.

Im in! I started this monday, was able to do it til wednesday, some things came up so I want to restart it and take measurements since I didnt last time.

Yes Im definitely going to give it my all this time. Oh heavy weights? Hmm I only have 3 and 5 lb pairs oh free weights. I would be really considering doing the heavy weights but which dvd would you recommend? And thanks, nice to meet you too ;D

Hi there everyone, new to the site. I did 30 Day Shred last monday too. Wasnt expecting it to be that hard since it wasnt in the beginning, but when it was nearly over I wanted to put my weights down, glad I didnt though and I finished it. Jogged today for 30 mins and did day 3 level 1 with 30 day shred. So hooray!
