  • Hi, I've recently come back to MFP having been away from it for over a year and re-gaining about 20! Well I don't want to keep heading back in that direction so it's no more excuses time. I need more friends on here because i like and need the mutual support if I'm going to manage to accomplish my goal.
  • Ha! Oh dear, this is going to make me sound really awful, but I watch TV! I hang an iPad on the curtain rail and watch TV while running on a treadmill. This is the only telly I watch mind you, so that's something at least (I hope). Or if there's nothing on I listen to music, which is far more normal I'm sure!
