I am starting back to logging my food because my eating habits have spiraled out of control. In february (next week) my cousin and are are starting to hit the gym 2 days and then I am going by myself the other 2 days. I can really use support on MFP. When I am stressed OR when I am out of groceries I will eat at fast food or indulge in quick stops and get cupcakes. It's pitiful and I want to change.
