Do you mean your netting at 1200 calories a day or only eatting 1200 calorie and burning over 2000 ?? if thats the case your not eatting enough you might lose weight in the first little bit doing this but your body can't keep this up Im on a 1200 a day life style change and heres what i do :) MFP has set my calories at…

My personal idea is .... I dont tend to like or do it because when i juice veges or fruit ill drink it but then i still feel like i want to eat something lol! ... Salmon!! or any other seafood for that matter :) BUT ... I tend to eat more chicken as its less expensive or lean cuts of beef ...we don't see turkey in the supermarkets here at all unless its a hole turkey at xmas time ..

im eatting 1200 as well i net around 1200-1300 everyday with maybe a treat day one the weekend where i hit more like 1400-1500 .. the 1st week i lost 3kgs (6lbs i think) but i think its different for everyone no two bodys are the same :) just keep up the good work and it will come off :)

Hey there my only advice would be is maybe talk to a doc 5 weeks is a long time to have your period , I no going on the pill etc can effect this and im sure deit can as well but i dont think as long as your eatting healthy things and enought for your body it would have this affect on your body Altho im only new to this my…

I also log most of mine the night before plan what were having for dinner and what im going to take to work for lunch snacks etc and log it all , Then ill revisit my list when i get to work in the morning and make changes if ive changed my lunch box slightly I find this works really well for me cause if something pops up…
