Thanks so much to you all! Great ideas (not so sure about the Ben & Jerry's though...lol :wink:) I do snack on peanuts & will hit the weights as soon as I can get back to the gym!!! I have worked with a personal trainer & will get back on that regime. I knew I could count on my MFP folks for suggestions!!

I tore mine over 2 years ago & was just able to get back to full exercise about 1 year ago... the healing takes time. There are plenty of videos on youtube that help with the stretching of the foot, etc. I also took a 20 oz bottle and froze water in it..roll it under the foot back and forth after exercise. Thank you... I am hoping that is what is going on. I really don't care what the scale says at this point. I can SEE a difference! Today my husband said, "Hey, you're butt looks smaller. It looks really good!" lol... I'll take that!

I wish I would eat vegetables. I wish I would fruits. The only veggie I eat is potatoes...lol. I can eat apples as long as they are cut up and I can eat bananas. Other than that... I'm a meat eater! Pretty sad when I think about it.

My boobs are always the first to go and the last to gain... I started out at 203 and am currently 171. Lost from a 38C to a 36(small B). I am 43 & have had kids so my boobs will never be perky again...lol. Good luck on your journey!!!

I agree with this one! I clean houses for a living & get down and dirty with it..lol. I use the light setting even though I have to lug around a heavy Kirby up and down stairs as well as carrying it to the truck then lifting it in & out of the truck. Even when I get down and scrub baseboards, floors, move furniture, etc...…

We pay $68 for me, my husband, daughter and granddaughter :) The YMCA is awesome!!! Tons of classes, equipment, pool, daycare :), and even trainers that help out when you need it. It's based on income so it may be more or less for some people... but, I think it's totally worth it!!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Zumba!!! I am a member here at our local YMCA & have taken Zumba, Zumba Toning & the Aqua Zumba. Aqua Zumba is by far the easiest on your knees! I have bad knees as well & am not able to do the hopping and jumping the instructor does. Just do what you can do... most everyone in there will understand when…
