Not everyone will eat them back, and not everyone won't. The best thing to do is to find what works right for YOU. I eat mine back, and I'm half the size that I used to be.

I am doing another program in addition to the 30 DS. It works out to about an hour and a half to two hours a day.

Can't find motivation... Well, just stop using it as an excuse and get on here and log. And do things like you were doing before. Find some motivating friends, and you will do fine. No excuses! :)

I have small portions and work out longer so I can have more calories. Just be careful not to go overboard.

3000 for about 2 weeks and then maybe down to 2100 for 2. He doesn't have a twitch or existing medical conditions. *Shrugs*. Each body is different. I certainly can't do that!

Nothing that requires much physical labour. If any at all. And yes, I weighed his food. Since I was tracking for myself, everything I cook is weighed and portioned. His portions are always double, because that man can eat. Though, he goes through periods where he's not as hungry and eats less. Perhaps that could account…

Sorry to butt in. But I tracked my husbands intake and expenditure on MFP actually. He took in about 2500-3000 calories and does not work out. He's 5"6 and 120lbs. Just shows that it -is- possible for someone to just have a high metabolism. That being said, being thin doesn't necessarily make them healthy.

I would never ask someone if they were pregnant. It's so rude. You should be proud of yourself for working hard to lose weight. Screw that lady! You'll be sexier and fitter than her in no time! Take that hurt and turn it into energy <3

My husband has always been thin, and he could eat a 2L container of ice cream. I saw someone say that a thin person doesn't eat as much as they seem - but trust me... my husband sure does! At least 2500 calories a day and probably more. My sister in law is the same way. But, I suppose that will catch up to them eventually…

I take one rest day a week. If you feel like you need it, though, then try and just do a walk and rest from that day of 30DS.

Don't be afraid of vegetables. You need to research carbohydrates a bit more, I think. Just a note though, I eat pasta every night (1/2 cup macaroni) because I'm on a low budget and that stuff goes on sale a lot. And I've lost weight. I'm 9 lbs away from goal. Don't be afraid of carbs.

I've pulled something in my shoulder. Can barely move it... Still committed to the 30 Day Shred, but some modifiers are in order at least until my shoulder heals!
