It costs too much to heat my apartment. So my husband and I keep the heat off. First time in this new apartment - it's gonna be a cold winter. On the plus side - when I'm home freezing my *kitten* off, it motivates me to work out because I warm up! XD

I increased mine quite a while back from 1200 to 1800 slowly. I would eat maybe 100 calories more, and then continued to increase. I've now decreased again to 1400-1500 because I have a lower BMR than I used to. I think I may have gone up on the scale but it came off very fast. I think it was more water weight than…

You need to rest your body when you're sick. If you don't allow yourself to fully recover, it'll just get worse. Trust me, when I first started, I pushed my body and worked out while sick with pneumonia. I ended up being unable to do anything for a week and a half because I didn't rest and recover.

You're looking at anywhere from 45 mins to an hour and a half a day. Not necessarily all at once. I usually do it late at night just before bed or early AM.

It is 4 weeks, but I'm doing it for 8. There are different programs for different body types, too. :D Mine is 6 days a week (I'm doing the "too big" solution because of my love handles and thighs) and it's about an hour a day. (Two of the workouts ... about 30 mins each).
