From one newbie to another. Starting one week ago and have 50 pds to lose.The first week has been good. Its a commitment to fill in the diaries but well worth it. Have lost 3 pounds and my dog is loving the extra walks. Good luck and welcome to the team!

Try and make exercise the first thing you do in your day. It sets you up for everything else! Express gratitude for even the smallest accomplishment throughout your day. It could be just a great breakfast. Being grateful will give you energy! Don't give up. Its a long life.
