Hi everyone I'm new here, looking to lose about 100lbs. joined mfp to help me stick with my goal and get some motivation and find some fitness buddies :)

  • From one newbie to another. Starting one week ago and have 50 pds to lose.The first week has been good. Its a commitment to fill in the diaries but well worth it. Have lost 3 pounds and my dog is loving the extra walks. Good luck and welcome to the team!

    i'm new too! it's been almost a week, and i have noticed a horrible trend. my calorie goals go out the window when i hang with friends. on the upside, this makes me more aware of my actions/choices and hopefully i can get them to change over time, along with my waste line.
