Drink a tall glass of water before each meal. Get a food scale. That was the best investment I made. I weigh and measure everything.

I add them as a new exercise......I wear a heart rate monitor so know how many calories I'm burning so just enter the calories.

To feel good about myself and to be able to fit in smaller sized clothing and be comfortable :smile:

Sometimes I weigh myself 22 times a day. I am obsessed with the scale. *LOL* My "official" weight in day is Saturday currently. I just like to see all the variations throughout the week though....I don't freak like some people do at that number on the scale. I really just go by how my clothing fits, which makes me wonder…

Wow you were lucky! I lost my phone before and never got it back. I know just how that feels. You panic. I called AT&T and they suspended it. When I originally lost 92 pounds, most of my workouts consisted of Leslie Sansone videos. I still incorporate them in my workout regimen at least a few times a week. I have every single series she has ever come out with so I never get bored! I definitely recommend Leslie's DVDs.
