Between my mom and I we walk our golden everyday in the morning and after we feed him. I think exercise is so important for ourselves and our furry family member. I love to take him swimming in the summer for a workout and playing soccer!

I do strength training 3 times week since cardio isn't cutting it anymore. I take a ball and band class which then I take notes and do that two more times during the week. Pilates is really good, kickboxing or even yoga.

Get a Heart monitor to wear whether its a watch or one you wear under your shirt. On here isn't correct and some times machines aren't right either when they are over used. Best Christmas present I have received was my heart monitor watch :)

I get it a footlong every morning before work. I usually get the turkey on wheat with lettuce, cucumbers, onions, green peppers and light yellow mustard. I eat 6 inches for breakfast = 280 calories and then the other half for lunch= 280 calories with a side of veggies or fruit or almonds. So yummy and healthy.

I am not in love with wii fit and got bored with it after a month but I do love Just Dance 3 and Zumba Fit 2 for my Wii. When I get sick of the gym or I just want to workout at home I put in my Zumba game and dance off the calories. When I do it I do it full out and in 60 minutes I burn about 800 calories

Just Dance 3 and Zumba Fitness 2 are fun and great games to use when you don't want to go to the gym. To burn a lot of calories you need to try hard :)
