HEY!!! Good for you getting it going! I think the whole point of couch to 5k is to have you slow down listen to your body and add the running in slowly! I did week 2 day 1 yesterday and its going great!! By the end of it I was sweaty as heck! I am feeling a lot better I am still coughing but for the most part I am A-OK!

I'm kinda scared too! So many years I spent over weight. But I believe I have learned thouroughly a new way to eat. I just hit my 70 lbs lost today and have kinda been practicing maintaining, my last pounds to lose are optional. So I pray I don't fall back to old habits.
