The monster still lives under my bed, Bloody Mary is there. ug I hate that part! I still peel string cheese one string at a time and I get giddy about candy and ice cream! I never wanna grow up!

I don't think the craving ever truly goes away. It does get easier I think. Also, I think after you go long enough and then indulge you do realize that that kind of food makes your body feel icky.

If you are logging your exercise as calories earned don't change your fitness level.

I think it is important to put fuel (food) in your body first thing in the morning.... exercise is using fuel further depleting your already low fuel supply after a long rest. Try something small and easy, a smoothie, yogurt, carnation instant breakfast, a banana... ya know...:flowerforyou:
