Cheap Ice Bag --- How to:

Need a cheap way to may an ice pack. Take a bottle of rubbing alcohol, pour it into a large freezer type ziplock bag. Refill the bottle three times with tap water and add it to the bag with the alcohol. Seal bag, and put it in a second large freezer bag. Freeze overnight. the alcohol keeps the water from freezing solid, and it's a cheap, great icebag. I put mine in an old pillow case and use it for hours after a workout if I have any sore muscles. Will refreeze over and over again. That is my tip for the day.

You can also fill a ziploc bag with cheap dish soap and it becomes a cold gel (like a store bought ice pack) without freezing solid. It was on that Dr.'s talk show a couple weeks ago.0
