I liked the ranchero beans, it had a great spicy flavor :smile: they are all pretty decent but some have pretty steep calories... however the good kind!

I would guess a little water retention is at fault for the extra poundage... all those items were prolly packed with sodium! BUT HEY you could have really fallen off the wagon at Izzy's looks like you had some pretty good self control!!! :drinker:

things with carbs and sugar seem so packed with cals... so I have chosen to go with out for the most part they have gone from a main staple in my diet to something I occasionally indulge in. I always keep within my cals so if I want to eat more I avoid bread pasta and rice.

I wouldn't call it saving. You should eat right up until that weekend and then try to be sensible on your weekend "off" and then get right back on the wagon after he leaves. Its a celebration enjoy it!
