or i'll do vanilla protein powder/ 1 c. of chocolate almond milk (I know it's higher calories, but in the morning/lunch, i'm not so worried about it since obviously overeating protein shakes is NOT my problem- HA!) and 1 TBS of Peanut butter.. shake it up and good to good...chocolate peanut butter... YUM

Chai vanilla (my go to) 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 c. of unsweetened almond milk 1 tbs of vanilla 1/4 tsp of cloves 1/4 tsp of ginger 3 tsp of instant tea 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 1/4 tsp of ginger shake together and it's delish.. i use Arbonne protein powder- it's vegan/gluten free etc.

I like the Tazo Zen tea- minty.... or i like this Celestial seasonings Metabo-boost, green tea- a little grapefruity-citrusy...

I like using almond milk (either plain/vanilla or chocolate) and protein powder (right now I'm using the Arbonne powder) and either peanut/almond butter, shake it up and go. :)

I think it really depends on what you're eating to make up the 'exercise calories'. If you're eating a bag of chips, that obviously will have a bearing on your weight loss compared to an apple and peanut butter. i've read that you should eat within 30 min after exercise of at least 80% carbs/20% protein for your muscles to…

I'm new too and i like the scanning feature on my iphone for nutritional information. i can't believe the huge range of foods/exercises they have on this site. I was using SparkPeople, but it was much more limited than MFP. Looking forward to seeing my progess from week to week.

Hi, i'm getting ready to do the 30 day get fit program with Arbonne (beginning Oct 1st). SO hopefully i'll have something good to share after the 30 days.
