yep yep been doing kenpo karate since ive been in nappies (my dad is the instructor) its brilliant I love the sparring, its the best bit! love the feeling after a really tough work out! ive just started competing abroad with it as well!! havnt won anything yet but im working on it!! :happy:

I play the piano and I play Trombone in a brass band! I also sing when I've had a few drinks... im incredibably shy when it comes to singing in front of people!! :tongue:

sometimes I think it can be ok to say something in as polite a way possible... maybe pm them about it so they don't feel embarassed about it on their page! I know them days when Im being really bold and eating crap I would like ta have some one ta tell me m going off track a wee bit and ta get back into it... :tongue:

bump thanks a million ive hit a major wall... been constant for 3 weeks now! mind you I have been picking a bit more and not exercising as much coz college is on top of me at the mo... hopefully I can get back on track with it next week!

thats actually a good idea for a support group because i'm the exact same, especially on sunday coz it's literally my day of rest what with work, college etc so i usually chill and automatically binge... all help greatly appreciated!!

bump... need something for my boyfriend as well and he loves cars, reading, football etc etc... what I tend to do instead of the one big present buy a copule of smaller presents but need some ideas too! :tongue:

try switching the fruit you eat... i know that when I eat apples I'll feel hungry shortly after but if I eat a bananna I'll be ok!

I was on Yaz and came off it a while ta give my body a break while I was on it I did gain weight, massive mood swings etc but I think that was more to my less eating healthy and stress of finals in college. When i warm up i take bout 10/15 minutes but you can increase the intensity of your warm up so your still burning calories before you hit your proper run! How much time do you usually set aside for your run?
