I'd love to join! just finished my undergrad in secondary school teaching and now im doing a masters in theology, add that to work and karate my wagon is starting to slow down!! need something ta give it a kick start and to it moving again!! :tongue:

I absolutely love this one: Strawberries, Raspberrys Bananna Orange juice and you can add in fat free yoghurt but I don't usually and it is absolutely delicious!!!! :smile:

i can't cut things out because I'm one of those people that once I say I can't have something I want it more and more until one day I crack and just go mental! so even if it's chocolate or cheese or something like that i'll have a little bit just to keep me on the straight and narrow!! :tongue:

I have a spare room at home so what I do is bring in my cd player turn up the music and get going!! makes it much easier when I have my favourite songs going! Y a could even make a specific work out playlist or cd with some good music ta work out to! Even cycling or walking I do bring my mp3 player with me and I find it…

I'm in the exact same position! i'm 5'10/5'11 and my bottom half, in particular my thighs are bigger, they make buying jeans a nightmare might fit me in the thighs but too big everywhere else! add that to trying to find a pair that are long enough in the leg as well... well lets just say its no wonder I prefer wearing…

well i walk my german sheppherd and i do keep it about the 3mph because he's a fairly strong lad so any faster and it would be more like walking me!! :laugh:

I had ta ween myself off white bread coz I loved the stuff onto the brown bread so I started with that first, if I was having 2 slices of toast I would have one white and one brown and gradually got used to it! Ive had ta do the same with dairy, I love that too and could easily eat double the recommended servings! I think…

exactly the same here! had porridge with some sultanas in it and less than a tsp of sugar and my sugars were nealry gone! added in an apple as a snack and im over!! so im just wondering about that as well!!

me too it's so frustrating because I am watching what I eat (I'm even giving porridge a go again!), am getting the exercise in by both teaching karate and doing it myself from bout 7.30 til bout 10 and yet I havnt seen any results yet! :grumble: any one know if I would be better tryinh to lower my fat and sugar intake?…

if you are really nervous look into basic self defence, just so that if worst comes to worst in any situation (touch wood it wont happen) at least you wont freeze and you can at least do something to shock him and getting the hell out of there!
