I exercise with a buddy, but it took me a long time to find one who actually keeps me accountable. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't work out nearly so often or at as high an intensity as I do.

You're supposed to be eating back your exercise calories... My guess would be that you aren't eating them back that day, so your body is compensating by being ravenous the next day.

But running on pavement all the time isn't good for anyone's knees or hips. Hence the high rates of bursitis and tendonitis among high school runners (which is the age I'm guessing the OP is at).

I'm enlisting in January, too! In fact, the reason I've been working out so hard is to make weight to go to MEPS. :)

There are always people of various shapes, sizes, and fitness levels in any race. Particularly ones which are for a good cause (cancer research, diabetes awareness, etc.). I'm doing two this month; I've got the awkward feeling about it, but you can't improve if you don't get out there and get started. Best of luck to you!…

I am ambivalent about losing my boobs- on the one hand, a D cup is perhaps a little excessive, but I've always wanted a large chest. I haven't lost a pound, but my chest is already getting smaller. :/ But, like the other women said, you can always buy a good set of tata's. :)
