I'm switching to paraguard next month! So excited. I do weigh and measure what I eat/have had blood testing for thyroid issues and my doctor finally agreed I may be sensitive to the hormones in the pill. I'm excited to be off hormones for the first time in a while. :)

Wow. Thanks everyone! I totally agree on the spanx - they make spanx tights! - however, this dress/shirt is so short that the darker part shows on the thigh area. I think with heels and better posture (guilty as charged) this would be doable at night, sooner than later. :) Thanks everyone, didn't expect so many responses!

Wow! We are about the exact same stats! :) How tall are you? I've only lost about 20-25lbs since march, but I admittedly slacked off for a month and don't exercise nearly enough. You have done great and look awesome, I'm at 169 and want to lose about 25 more lbs, I started at 220ish. :P

Try pilates or yoga! They are great for sciatica and low impact. Or swimming. :) Or just eat less... No need to give up.

^^^ I've been having smoothies every morning for breakfast using a vitamix and I feel AWESOME. My digestive system is running better and I'm getting wayy more fiber much easier. :)

If it's planned, and you don't want to DD or refrain. eat the minimum going into it. A couple eggs for breakfast and a salad w/ tuna for lunch should only be about 500 calories. Bacardi and diet coke, or get your drinks straight so you can't/won't drink them as fast. lol If I order a neat whiskey it takes 3x as long to…

My mouth watering over things like this. (Lunch today.) Instead of a mayonnaise coated turkey sub or quarter pounder w/ cheese. I do still eat chocolate almost every day, I WILL NOT give up my dark chocolate. :love: :happy:

My friend Yoovie lost over 70lbs and you could never tell, she looks awesome! (She works her butt off.) I have lost almost 50 and have no ill effects... need to lose 30 more, so I guess I'll get back to you.

Urg. Even after losing 43lbs I'm still higher than 53% of people my age... sigh* Most like someone from Jamaica. LOL! 25lbs to go!

I went absolutely crazy, I need to add the ice cream and brownie to my diary from yesterday.... which is already over by 700+. :/ Le Sigh* I have no regrets, but I do plan on being under my goal by 300 for the next 4 days to make up for it. :))

When I was 14, and a freshman in HS I weighed 139lbs. I was 5'5"... my mom took me with her to her weight watchers and they talked her into signing me up. :( Nothing will kill your self image at that age than total strangers telling you you could stand to lose 19lbs. So the yo yo dieting and self-hate began. -__-

That is NOT what I look like with no clothes... one day! :) I do go to a gym, mostly because I will only exercise if I feel guilty about what a waste of money it would be not to use it. -_- I still only end up going 3-4 times a week, and skipped an entire week while I was in Texas. You're doing great! Just remember it may seem like a long time, but for me at least, I feel like a rock star already. I still have 30lbs to lose, but I haven't been this light in a long time! You will surely feel great about yourself LONG before you hit your GW. :))
