This is four months of logging 98% of the time, exercising more than I ever have in my life, and only losing 13lbs. March 17 @ 186lbs & July 21 @ 173.

1 month of sporadic weight lifting and eating right. :) Four lbs lost, but my legs are changing dramatically. :) ) (The after shorts are from HS, AND they aren't tight! Happy dance*) 5'7 183 on the left, 179 on the right. :)

Bright RED face... does it get better?
Since I was a kid (never been athletic) my face turns bright red when I exert myself. Is this because I am chunky? I mean, I know it will probably always be red/pink because I'm very fair skinned... but will it always turn fire engine red, or does that get better with conditioning? Anyone notice a change? Ok. If a gram of Carbs or Protein has 4 calories, and a gram of fat has 9... how can I have only 230 calories left in a day, but am 81g short of my macros? Getting them would require 334 calories...
