  • Didn't loose any weight or inches this week. I took a 3 day vacation and had to eat out. i eat salads and egg white omelets and stuff that looked healthy but still, i did not make it so not know for sure what was in my food. im back in my kitchen where I can controll my food! Expecting a 2lb loss this week.

  • Ok, I'm ready! Today's weight 142lb. Goal; 135lb I walked about 45 minutes today and planing to start with a run tomorrow. I keep my calorie to 750 a day. It's easy since I barely eat meat anymore.
