If you made your diary public, it would be alot easier to tell if your doing something wrong in your eating, sounds like you are exercising alot so it cant be that. You may be eating too much sodium, causing your body to retain water... you may also not be drinking enough water.

I am proud of myself today because I have been consistantly right on with my calories and most days just a little under!! and i have exercised every day this week. I feel great!!!:glasses:
