Someone picking up 60lbs compared to someone picking up 200lbs, which is stronger? Of coures the one picking up 200lbs. I know people can be cruel, but it is truly hard for me to see people saying some of what you typed. I was called pleasantly plump in highschool, curvy and size 8 looks chubby no matter what.

If I have a good hard 2 hour workout, afterwards I can eat within reason anything I want. So instead of "cheat" I do "reward". :drinker:

For chicken either a rosemary and seasalt seasoning or herbs de provence, no idea what is in it but it's good. Tailapia, tinfoil put the chicken in with some olive oil, lemon slices, capers, sea salt and lemon pepper.

It's me and current.. :sick: But does it really matter? I would think the internet would be the last place you would really care. And if people are friending people judged on their looks, don't friend me I consider the people that do that type of stuff rather boring and dull.

The first time I tried it, I did the one where it shows you how to do the exercises.. My bum hurt in places it has never hurt before.

I had a simmilar problem with losing "weight", no matter how much I worked out my weight didnt go down. Now I just do measurements. I also noticed that I started seeing a difference when I do weights like a guy does.

Only when I go to the doctors. I judge my progress by how I look and measurements. For the longest time I wasn't losing any weight and it was very depressing, now I avoid weighing.

I despise any core exercises without the ball. They are boring and montanous.. Also cant stand the one where you are in a pushup, swing your legs between your feet and jump up and go reverse.. yuckola Jumping rope as well, I was not built to jump rope and feel like an idiot.

I ate my calories back since 1200 is not by any means a high calorie diet. My body and my muscles needed enough fuel to heal and to not store fat. I avoid the scale at all cost since I am not losing any weight at all just inches. Measuring doesn't take to long when you are getting ready. ><
