That one always makes me laugh. The perceived danger on an airplane is larger, but realistically that car ride is multiple times more dangerous. But if that's your excuse for an awesome 2 day road trip then so be it! My biggest fear is not truly living. Dying with regrets, wishing I would have done something.

A higher carb day when you are on a low carb diet will always do this. Don't worry about it. You didn't put on 6lbs of fat, it's all water and glycogen stores and will be gone soon. Do yourself a favor and weight in the middle of the week instead of monday. Most people who weigh on Monday are not getting accurate numbers…

Im in that awkward phase in between stages. People my age have gravitated away from the places im comfortable at (country bars for example) and migrated to normal crowded bars. The one thing I had going was that I could dance which was a good ice breaker. I'm not good with words dammit!
