I was super excited for The Witcher series on Netflix because of the Witcher 3 game, and now that I've watched season 1 a few times I decided to restart the game to keep it going

I'll tell ya what's hard (so to speak). Being a mostly introvert engineer (until I drink) and working with socially awkward introvert engineers. Every hour. All day long. It's a constant tug of war between understanding them and hating them.

Skydiving (in like 30 seconds).

After about 6 months with no logins I delete the fellas. I have a hard time deleting women at all. Such a vice.

The other day I saw a midget escaping from prison. As he was climbing down the wall he looked at me and sneered. That was a little condescending...

For sure. Love those eyes

Keeping your heart rate up during your lifting sessions is a great way, and you'll be surprised how much it helps your endurance. Keep the resting time between sets at a minimum, incorporate small circuits into your workout plan, do some sort of cardio activity (abs, walk/jog, etc.) between sets. All good ways to do it. I…

Haha I'm sure it is very low! The national number of incidents (including everything, even a sprained ankle) is about .04%. That's 4 injuries for every 10,000 jumps. The most common injuries occur during landing so just do as they ask and you'll be fine!

Do you know which dropzone you will be going to?

Hello! I may be biased, but I absolutely think you should do it. I teach tandem skydiving (what you will likely do) with about 1,400 jumps so far. As for your main question, no you will not get the stomach drop feeling. That feeling occurs on a rollercoaster for a couple different reasons of which neither apply to…

I think they are the best tasting too (chewy chocolate chip and chocolate deluxe are my favorite). I saw an 18 pack at Costco last week for $17 ($0.94 a bar).

That's not quite true. Losing weight is dependent on only consuming fewer calories than your body burns. If all your calories are consumed through greasy fast food, you probably won't look or feel very well, but the scale number will continue to drop as long as a calorie deficit is maintained.

I love my pre-workout mixes. To each their own, but the energy and focus and general "hyped up" feeling they give me helps me a ton at the gym after 8 hours of work. They range in strength and effectiveness, and generally affect most people differently. It doesn't hurt to try a sample and see what you think.

Well sure, if the amount of calories you eat happens to be less than what your body burns in a day. The nice thing about counting those calories is that with a little trial and error you are sure it will be less than what you burn in a day.

I love how big my boobs have gotten and the attention it brings me. From female friends of course.

I mean, the manufacturer didn't cook it before analyzing the calorie/macro proportions. So the nutritional information listed on the label won't be "cooked" unless specifically saying so.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to bars. The Pure Protein bars (i've only found them at wal-mart around here) are pretty awesome. The chocolate chip one has 20g of protein and seriously tastes like a candy bar.

It very well could be a competition term I haven't heard before. That would make sense considering she claims it to be a prep.

It just amazes me what people teach, and since he's a nutritionist at a gym his word is 100% truth. Very frustrating.

Flight Test Engineer and Test Pilot. Oh and Skydiving Instructor on the weekends :#

It sounds like you already know how to get your sexy bod back. And it's not a waist trainer. Female body builders get their ideal bods with hard work and discipline. They will be the first to tell you there's no short cuts.

How fast are you expecting it to go? 1-2lbs a week is about the most you can expect to lose on average.
-
It is usually recommended around here to get 0.8-1.0 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass, and ~0.3 grams of fat per pound of body weight. The rest do as you please (make them all carbs if you want). Sounds like you fall into that range just fine.
-
Unfortunately, no. If she is in a calorie deficit she will not be building any noticeable amount of muscle. Especially not in just a couple weeks. Chances are your weight loss is being masked by water weight which is typical at the beginning of a new workout regimen. If you aren't already weighing and logging EVERYTHING…

325lbs yesterday

Skinfold calipers are also pretty difficult to use consistently. Technique can make the number vary all over the place.

I'm not a student anymore, but I still deal with balancing alcohol into my day. I know I'm going out tonight so I planned ahead with smaller breakfast/lunch and will be getting an extra workout in tomorrow morning. It's a pain but personally I prefer it better than never drinking again.

If you are expecting more than 1-2lbs a week of actual fat loss, you will be very dissapointed. There's no way to speed it up, it's as simple as that. Don't drive yourself crazy, try to accept that's is a process just like gaining the weight was. Neither happens overnight.
