It isn't about goving up the things you like or love. It's about controlling the consumption of those things. Have them in moderation and allow for them in your calories. It'll become much more easy with time:drinker:

Bison and venison are both good options but a little more $$$$. I think lean beef in moderation is perfectly fine. Add in a variety of fish. This ^ my daughter has it and when she was first trying to get pregnant the Dr put her on Metformin. She new she had always responded well to watching her carbs and we figured this is the reason. She finds she loses weight the best by being a Low Calorie/Smart Carb dieter. I hope this helps
