I have never taken any of these type pills but i have heard of Ali and yes that type of leakage is a side effect. You need to to control your fat consumption if you are going to continue these pills.

ok here goes. I'm 49 had 3 kids and that is an area where I am very fortunate so far. Chest exercises, a good bra, and a high quality body lotion daily. I use Nivea with CoQ-10. I don't know that these are the things that have worked for me??? but they're worth a try until u can get that boob job

I have to agree. Rest days are not just about physical rest for me. I use sunday to get things done, take an emotiona break etc. I would imagine it's a personal preference unless your doing heavy lifting and then rest is needed.

Bump this....But wanna say for me I love chocolate and I have yet to find one that I like if mixed with just water. I use unsweetend almond milk. Silk brand has only 35 cals and its worth how it tastes. We invested in the magic bullet (as seen on tv) and it makes the shakes yummy, smooth and cleanup is easy. Picked mine up…

Not familiar with this brand but I would think that unless there are other supplements in it; it should be fine. My hubby and I use the same one if one of us is out of our favorite. Mine has a little less per serving but it's also lower cal. hope this helps

Thanks, I too refuse to have elective surgery. I guess I'm just praying for a miracle. On the upside, I'm feeling better than I've felt in years:laugh:

P90X and weight training (I think he alternated days not totally sure) and had fantastic results. I hope to get to the point I can try it but right now still nursing a shoulder injury good luck

Lean protein and high fiber diet usually helps me, also go easy on starchy foods.....good luck

Love Beer! I plan for it in my calories and I drink either select 55 or mgd 64, I've been losing weight steadily. If I'm in a situation those are not available. I rotate water with a light beer and it works for me. Good Luck
