Hard to say, I'm 5'2" started at 153 and have lost 18 pounds in 2 1/2 months I'm starting to slow down but still losing. I'm now losing at about 1 to .75 per week. I do cardio about 6-7 hours a week and 2 hours of Pilates. I hope this helps

Mine does that on one foot only. I have a pinched nerve and it usually only does it on the eliptical. I just work through it. If it really bugs me I hop off, shake it off and get back on. I dont know if shoes would cause it or not

They can be a helpful tool under Dr supervision, and I mean strict supervision. Your dr should monitor blood work to make sure you are eating and you should seek advice from a nutritionist. If you do not adjust your behavior and commit to lifestyle changes, this risk is not worth it. If your Dr is worth anything, he will…

(sadly i had some depression issues and packed it all back on) I was so proud and had lost about 12 or 13 pounds and went out and not one person said a word. I couldnt believe it! Strange thing a few weeks later and just about 5 more pounds ppl were all the sudden…

Have u tried cutting back or even eliminating starchy carbs. ie breads, rice, pasta? Any time I stall I adjust mine and I start loosing again. Most of us take in quite a bit more than we need w/o realizing.

Switch your nutrients around, start consuming more lean protein and less carbs. I know that any time I've stalled for more than a coupld of weeks, adjusting my carbs did the trick. All calories are not equal

There are some great lean frozen dinners etc and paired with fruit they can make a pretty easy lunch. I also like taking my leftovers from dinner the night before when I can. Can't get easier than that.

As much as I hate it at the time......I LOVE that I get it out of the way. Up and at it by 6am and I don't have it hanging over my head all day. It's great to always start your day feeling accomplished. I workout 5 or 6 mornings a week for an hour.
