Give it time. It took me two weeks to lose 2 lbs working out every day 1 1/2 hours a day and eating 1100 calories a day. It will happen just be patient! Good Luck

Really? It's a preference like anything else. I find hairless chests gross and a huge turnoff but other women like it. Same premise.

I think you're freaking out over nothing. To be that stressed out over 5 lbs is kind of ridiculous. Enjoy your vacation and TRY to relax (if you can) should you not be able to lose that extra 5 lbs.

It sounds like you're pretty small to begin with so what's your end game? I think your goal is a bit unrealistic

My neighbor did this DVD about 2 yrs ago and lost 25 lbs in just 3 months! Good Luck!

You sound frustrated because what worked the first time isn't working this time. I've modified my diet and exercise program several times to accommodate my new weight loss; I've been fighting to lose the same 2 lbs for over a month. However, I continue to get smaller by losing inches. I stopped looking at the scale because…

Just take it one day at a time and stop stressing. Put your workout clothes on first thing in the morning and go to the gym (that's half the battle). List working out as a chore on a to do list, that might help too. Good Luck!

You can't be "fat" and weigh 127, sorry. Maybe it's just toning you need. Try resistance bands, they work great!
-
I eat them all and enjoy every bite

I exercise every day but Sunday; Sunday is always my day of rest. I mainly do cardio at the gym but I have the Body Gym to use at home and I LOVE that thing! It's all resistance and my body has completely transformed. Good Luck!

Monitor when you get these cravings to eat. Perhaps you are stressed or overtired or even bored. Don't deprive yourself or you'll just eat everything in sight! I know during that time of the month I don't count my calories because I know I am going to eat everything in sight but once those three days pass, I get back on…

I think your expectations are unrealistic. You have done great and should be proud of yourself. I had the exact same issue and so now I weigh myself once every couple of weeks and have lost a total of 13 lbs in just over 2 months. I'm very proud of myself and do not let the scale define me. Good Luck!

I don't set goals in regards to losing weight because if I don't meet that goal by the allotted time frame then I'll just give up. My motto is slow and steady taking it day by day. In your case, by Spanx!

I eat whatever I want but keep track of everything via this website so sorry I can't help. I can't imagine going through life cutting out any food. My motto is everything in moderation
-
Apparently I know NOTHING even though what I wrote is happening to me, so please disregard what I wrote and go with everyone else that seems to know everything. Again, good luck!

I have lost 11 lbs in the last 6 weeks busting my butt at the gym doing cardio along with the BodyGym at home, it has literally changed my life. I haven't lost as much weight as I would have expected but the inches have fallen off. My clothes are too big and I feel great which is much more important to me than the scale.…

Wow, really? If the attempts have been "successful" why are you still trapped? I truly don't know how to respond to your comment. I'm not sure if you're being serious or not so all I'll say is good luck

I use this site daily but I do not rely on the food database for the correct information as most of the time it is incorrect. I calculate everything myself and then input the information, so far, so good. I've lost 11 lbs in 54 days. I do not input my exercise for the day either as it jacks up the caloric intake. Good Luck!

It sounds like you need to see a nutritionist/dietitian or perhaps a shrink.

Why by summer? If your reason is to get into a bikini, I think that's kind of a silly goal and you'll stress yourself out if you don't get the results you want. May I suggest the BodyGym by Marie Osmond? You do it at home and it is AMAZING!!! It is a total body workout and it's hard. I've been doing it now for 1 month and…

Wow, you sound very obsessed with losing weight at a rapid pace. I would relax and let your body do the talking to figure things out. I've been doing MFP now for 6 weeks and have lost 9 lbs. I think 3 lbs in a week is a bit aggressive. Don't be so hard on yourself!
-
Relax! You sound very impatient and that will hinder your weight loss success. Stop weighing yourself for a while and keep up the good eating habits and exercise. Remember, as you lose fat and gain muscle, muscle is more dense so you could possibly weigh the exact same amount as when you started but look and appear…

You could have some egg whites with tomatoes and onions topped with a teaspoon of cheese and it's filling, not to mention yummy

The first time I did WW it worked beautifully, I lost 30 lbs but the next time I did it I lost NOTHING so I came to MFP and have lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks. I exercise every day and weigh and measure all of my food, perhaps you are not eating enough calories and it needs to be adjusted. I adjusted mine and the weight started…

I make egg whites with tomatoes, onions and jalapenos to give them taste because they are otherwise too bland. I make 2 - 3 pieces of turkey bacon and have a tall glass of ice water. Low calories and very filling. To make things really easy I purchase the precut mix of tomatoes, onions and jalapenos from the grocery store
-
I only use them when I am constipated which isn't very often but they work nicely for that. I certainly wouldn't recommend them for weight loss!!
-
It sounds like you're not eating enough. You need food for fuel and it sounds like because you are under the recommended caloric intake your body is hanging on to the fat. I had the same problem and kicked up the caloric intake to the recommended calories and dropped 12 lbs along with exercise of course. Give that a try

Hi and welcome!

You should ask him why he feels that way. Maybe he feels out of shape and overweight and doesn't want to be alone in his thoughts (misery loves company) or perhaps he just truly loves how you look. With that said, I would tell him that I respect your opinion but I am unhappy with how I feel and need to do something about…

Hello and welcome! Congratulations on the weight loss but don't get cocky about it either. You must watch what you are eating and continue to exercise. I use the BodyGym by Marie Osmond and it has changed my body completely and on the plus side I can do it in the house throughout the day. I've seen immediate results, have…
