I try to run all my errands on my rest days and always walk to them, not matter how far they are. I walk to the 3rd farthest grocery store from me instead of one that is half a block from my apartment.

MFP had me on 1492cal/day, which was ridiculous in hindsight. My recommended amount is 2538, but I could not bring myself to eat more than about 2K without throwing up. I do not use the products TeamBeachBody shamelessly bullies customers into buying. There are equivalent products at your local GNC store.
