Eggs are low in calories, high in protein and quite filling. An average egg is 70 calories. When I was on 1240 cal/day, I ate 2 eggs with cooked spinach (about 3 cups raw) and tomato with a slice of toast for breakfast. That's about 220 calories if you eat bread like Wonder Smart Wheat. I use a great app from Adidas called micoach. It shows a review of your workout including route and elevation, as well as pace, caloric burn, etc. The fact that you're running is great news for your body! Keep it up! Lori

30 day shred is great! I used it for a while until I got injured doing something in the video. Be careful on LVL 3. Those walking push ups are probably what hurt my sternum, and probably being a little too eager to challenge Jillian :O) Great job!
