After losing some motivation I jumped back in and completed Level 1 days 8,9, & 10 over the weekend. Finally ready for Level 2!

Day 7 is done! I had to take two days off because I hurt my hip so I'm a little sad that I got 2 days behind but glad to be back at it.

Day 6 is done! Still really struggling with push-ups though...

Anyone have suggestions for a good HRM that's reasonably priced? I'm looking to buy one but there are so many options out there.

Day 5 completed! Feels good to be half way finished with level one.

Hi my name is Danielle. I started 30DS on Jan. 2nd and just completed day 3 today. I joined the group for extra motivation and some accountability. I'm really hoping that I can get myself motivated and see this all the way through to day 30.

1/2: Day 1, Level1 1/3: Day 2, Level 1 1/4: Day 3, Level 1 (Didn't know if I was going to make it this morning or not. Legs are definitely sore!)
