I just viewed your diary. I think you are gain weight because you aren't eating enough. It looks like you are leaving 600-1000 exercise calories a day. You should really eat a little more. Maybe eat back at least 200-300 more of your exercise calories and see what happens. /Does Anyone else feel the same?:wink:

I can't start my day without coffee!! I have sometimes 3 cups a day. I don't know if that is good for me or not but it hasn't affected my weight loss. I have been religiously adding it to my diary. So as long as you watch the calories I wouldn't think that it would matter for overall weight loss. Someone else may disagree.

Are you eating your exercise calories? If you're not, try eating most of them. MFP already creates a deficit for you, so you can eat the exercise calories. I had to start eating them for my weight loss to increase. I know it sounds odd to eat to lose but it's really true.

I agree with Dom m. I think cleanes are a waste of money and time. Just start eating the right foods and your body will continue to eliminate toxins. Keep up your water intake.

Whatever you do don't QUIT! I was at that point just last week but I kept going and what do you know 1/2 pound lost. Yes it's small but its 1/2 pound closer to my goal. Also be sure that you're eating enough to support your exercise. I kept cutting my calories and increasing my exercise and that is what got me into trouble…
